Hike, Again

Phase 1: With D out of town for a few weeks, S had originally planned to walk up the Shanahan Ridge trail. Cloudy skies brought welcome shade to the area, so he decided to walk up to NCAR instead.
Upon reaching the "summit" (the NCAR parking lot), his phone beeped with a text message from KR.
R u 2 here?Phase 1 (redux): It turns out that KR + ML were hiking up the South Fork trail on Shanahan Ridge. S hurried down the NCAR road back to the car at Bear Creek Elementary, drove to the trailhead at Lehigh Street, and headed up the North Fork.
Our intrepid triad met where the Connector Trail intersects the North Fork. So that was cool.
