Phase 2: Eureka.

Entrees were fish and chips, and a cheeseburger. The wait staff brought a sample of some white ale or other to try before dinner; our fearless adventurers rejected this swill out of hand. Twas not to their liking.

Phase 3: Trident.

Perusing postcards and actually finding an unoccupied table or two. One particular table was occupied only by a cup of coffee; very tempting to keep it company, but we did not.

Questions of the Night

  • Who was that female bass/vocalist from the 70s?

  • Is there a Docker image for Fortran?

  • How to disable Desktop/Documents in iCloud?

  • Is the Apache web server (and project) politically correct?

  • Where is the Hockey Hall of Fame?

Addenda

Image Note: For the cover image, the camera is resting on a wooden post, and set to pause one second after raising the mirror (to reduce camera shake). This is a 20s exposure, f/4.0, ISO 250, 18mm (27mm equivalent).
